Symptoms of COVID-19 can include: Fever, or feeling feverish; Respiratory symptoms such as runny nose, nasal congestion, sore throat, cough, or shortness of breath; General body symptoms such as muscle aches, chills, and severe fatigue; Gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, and changes in a person’s sense of taste or smell.

Keeping it Clean at Impact
All those who enter our building must first sanitize their hands using the touch-free station in our entry way or the downstairs bathroom.
There are six additional, touch-free hand sanitizer stations throughout the gym and lobby areas. Children will be encouraged to wash their hands frequently (and in the bathrooms with soap and water when feasible).
Public water fountain is closed. Students should bring a water bottle. We have water bottle refill stations
Impact's attention to cleanliness will remain a top priority. We take pride in maintaining a clean, well-ventilated space.
Physical Distancing and Face Mask use
We will continue to enforce distancing between athletes (6-feet) using our velcro dot system while students are waiting in line for their turn.
We ask that only one parent/guardian stay to watch in our observation area.
Face Mask use is (optional) in the Impact facility. This applies to students and spectators. Please be respectful of others' need for physical distance. (Face mask use continues to be encouraged by the NH DPH if 6-feet of distance cannot be maintained between self and others).
