We are moving to a self-attestation health screening model. We will no longer be taking temperatures at the door. Before anyone enters the Impact facility, they should be able to answer 'NO' to the following question: Do you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher that are new for you?
Symptoms of COVID-19 can include: Fever, or feeling feverish; Respiratory symptoms such as runny nose, nasal congestion, sore throat, cough, or shortness of breath; General body symptoms such as muscle aches, chills, and severe fatigue; Gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, and changes in a person’s sense of taste or smell.
When entering the Impact facility, ALL people either wash their hands in the downstairs bathroom OR use the hand sanitizer in the entry way. Students can place their belongings upstairs and then wait in the downstairs lobby on a dot until their class is called.
We ask that those exposed to someone with Covid-19 remain out of the gym for the appropriate 10-day quarantine period (while monitoring symptoms for the full 14-days). We have adopted the NH Department of Public Services guideline, which is guided by the CDC and NH state responses. Please read the Self-Quarantine Guide
Impact established our own Close Contacts policyto effectively communicate who is considered a close contact when in the Impact facility.
Domestic travel within the U.S. no longer requires quarantine upon return to NH (regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status), this includes domestic travel to U.S. territories.
People who travel internationally or on a cruise ship are still required to quarantine upon arrival to NH, unless diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2 infection in the prior 90 days or fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Please read the NH Travel Guide
We ask that only one parent/guardian enter the gym. Only the upstairs viewing area is open, and with chairs that are placed 6-feet apart.
Spectators who are older than 2 are required to wear a mask while in our waiting/common areas (at all times), even when 6-feet of distance can be maintained.
Keeping it Clean at Impact
All those who enter our building must first sanitize their hands using the touch-free station in our entry way or the downstairs bathroom.
There are six additional, touch-free hand sanitizer stations throughout the gym and lobby areas. Children will be encouraged to wash their hands frequently (and in the bathrooms with soap and water when feasible).
Public water fountain is closed. Students should bring a water bottle. We have water bottle refill stations
Impact's attention to cleanliness will remain a top priority. We take pride in maintaining a clean, well-ventilated space.
Our main priority is always safety. Coaches will continue to monitor the physical safety of our students
Coaches will be required to wear a mask if they cannot maintain a safe, 6-foot distance from students/staff.
Students are not required to wear masks during physical activity (They are required to wear a mask during transitions, when not in class, and when physical distancing of 6-feet or greater is not possible).
We strongly encourage all students to wear masks as often as possible.
