Regional qualifiers should be prepared with leo and sweatshirt sizes. We are not doing leggings this year, as was decided by the Region. Athletes will be asked to wear black leggings of their own. We request that if your athlete is not planning on attending Regionals, we are notified after the meet so the alternate can be outfitted for the meet. If your Regional qualifier has not attended a NH state clinic, please be prepared with a check to fund their apparel. We will have John Cheng, photographer to the champions, joining us and taking pictures. The gift to the athletes will be his photos. It's always amazing to have professional pictures to look back on. Meet Guidelines
Impact Xcel athletes will travel to local and out of state competitions. All meet fees are paid by the athlete's family, which include entry fee, session fee for coach, plus a portion of the coaches' travel expenses.
All fees must be up to date (Tuition and meet fees) for your Gymnast to compete.
Gymnasts should arrive at Meets 15 minutes prior to ‘warm-up’ time or at the designated ‘check-in’ time that will be included in most of the meet information.
Gymnasts must arrive with their competition leotard FULLY on (not half up) and with their Impact warm-ups.
Hair must be pulled back away from the face, neat, and secure so that it does not fall out during competition. Competition scrunchie must be worn and secure. Please NO glitter. Hairspray is encouraged.
Undergarments must be completely covered by the leotard and should match the gymnasts skin tone.
The only allowable piercings are stud earrings (no hoops or dangly earrings). No other jewelry is allowed (e.g., bracelets, anklets, rings, etc.).
Gym Bags should be brought to all Meets and contain the following: grips, a water bottle (please be sure the top is secure to prevent leaks – NO JUICE), a nutritious snack (crackers, fruit, raisins, energy bar).
Parents are not allowed on the competition floor and should never approach a judge regarding scoring. Questions about your child’s performance at the meet should only be directed toward the coaches of your child and should take place at the conclusion of awards.
Gymnasts are to remain with their coach at all times. USA Gymnastics does not allow athletes to go to the stands before the conclusion of awards.
Please be aware that flashed scores are not official scores. Check with the coach at the end of the awards if you have a question about a flashed score.
**Out of respect for other teams, all gymnasts MUST stay until the last award is given.
