It is important that coaches and athletes understand these protocols prior to attending the competition. We will have a coaches’ meeting on site, but if your families, athletes, and coaches understand these protocols ahead of time it will make the day go much smoother.

- *Please do not plan on arriving to Impact earlier than 10-minutes before the open-stretch time. This will allow the Impact staff time to clean the gym in between sessions and for parking to clear.
- Our parking lot is small. Parking is allowed on the street (River Road ONLY and on the same side of the street as Impact Gym). Parking is also allowed at Gemini Technical Services parking lot (except marked off areas).
- The Bow Police Department reminded us that parking within 25 feet of an intersection is never allowed. We will notifiy all gyms attending in advance if winter weather will impact street parking.
- Seating will be provided for athletes at each event to help keep the gym organized.
Parent/Spectator Information
- There are NO spectator limits for the meet sessions.
- Entry Fee is $10 per person ages 5 and up (Cash only).
- Kids 5 and under are free.
- The upstairs observation area will have limited seating. There is plenty of room in our bleachers for viewing.
