Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond State Championships held at A2 Gym & Cheer Salem, NH 16 B Garabedian Drive Salem NH 03079 COVID 19 Protocols: 2022 NH XCEL State Championship is mask mandated for all attendees (Spectators, coaches, athletes and judges) except for while athletes are actively participating in their gymnastics. Anyone who is not using a mask that properly covers both the mouth and nose will be asked to leave immediately. No Spectator limit. All pre ordered leotards will be ready for pick up at the State meet. In addition we will have some more State apparel for sale. Any pre ordered items will be ready for pickup at the state meet. Please exit the gym parking lot following the one-way arrows. Parents- Please drop your athletes off 15 minutes before their open warmup time. Please make sure they are ready to compete. There will be no admittance before this time. You may then go and park and we will let you in the facility at the start of the open warmup. We are asking if you are staying for multiple sessions, you leave and return at that sessions time. Admission- Gate fee is $15 for adult's and $10 for children and seniors. CASH ONLY Concessions- Will be available for purchase. CASH ONLY
Impact Xcel athletes will travel to local and out of state competitions. All meet fees are paid by the athlete's family, which include entry fee, session fee for coach, plus a portion of the coaches' travel expenses.
All fees must be up to date (Tuition and meet fees) for your Gymnast to compete.
Gymnasts should arrive at Meets 15 minutes prior to ‘warm-up’ time or at the designated ‘check-in’ time that will be included in most of the meet information.
Gymnasts must arrive with their competition leotard FULLY on (not half up) and with their Impact warm-ups.
Hair must be pulled back away from the face, neat, and secure so that it does not fall out during competition. Competition scrunchie must be worn and secure. Please NO glitter. Hairspray is encouraged. No unnatural coloring in the hair (e.g. pink, green blue, etc.).
Undergarments must be completely covered by the leotard and should match the gymnasts skin tone.
Gymnasts are not allowed to wear nail or toenail polish at competitions. The only allowable piercings are one small post in each ear.
Gym Bags should be brought to all Meets and contain the following: grips, a water bottle (please be sure the top is secure to prevent leaks – NO JUICE), a nutritious snack (crackers, fruit, raisins, energy bar).
Parents are not allowed on the competition floor and should never approach a judge regarding scoring. Questions about your child’s performance at the meet should only be directed toward the coaches of your child and should take place at the conclusion of awards.
Gymnasts are to remain with their coach at all times. USA Gymnastics does not allow athletes to go to the stands before the conclusion of awards.
Please be aware that flashed scores are not official scores. Check with the coach at the end of the awards if you have a question about a flashed score.
**Out of respect for other teams, all gymnasts MUST stay until the last award is given.
