We have 1 school year session from September through June (School Year Schedule) and 1 summer session June - August (Seven week Summer Schedule). These are separate sessions. You will need to register your child separately for these sessions.
Tuition is due monthly, on or before the 1st of the month. (i.e., October tuition is due by Oct. 1st).
Payments not made by the due dates will be assessed a 10% late fee, plus any collection fees incurred. NOTE: late fee for all team programs is $15, plus any collection fees incurred.
All tuition payments are automatically debited from your credit card on file, unless other arrangements are made in advance (e.g. cash, check or other credit card). If your account is not on auto pay, you should be prepared to pay on the last class of the month.
Once enrolled for any class, your tuition pays for a class spot REGARDLESS OF ATTENDANCE or number of classes per month. A gymnastics month is 3 – 5 weeks. Because of holidays, some months are shorter. However, we do not charge you extra for long months. *Exception: June tuition will be based on the number of classes offered.
Sibling discounts are offered for ALL of our weekly scheduled programs. Full tuition for 1st child, 10% discount for 2nd child, and 15% discount for 3rd child and beyond.
We offer a military discount of 10% for all tuition.
Withdrawal Policy If you plan to unenroll your child from a class program, please notify the office by the 25th of the month prior to unenrollment. That will give us time to invite a new student to enroll.
If you withdraw between the 1st and 24th of the month, you will be charged full tuition for that month, yet nothing for the next month.
If you withdraw between the 25th and last day of the month, you will be charged full tuition for that month AND 1 week tuition for the next month.
Make-Up Policy Make-up classes are available using the following options:
OPTION ONE: Open Gyms can be used as a make-up class. Please register with the office to schedule an open gym as a make-up class.
OPTION TWO: There will be 3 designated make-up classes during the 2024-2025 school year:
Friday November 29, 2024- 9-10:30am (Day after Thanksgiving) Monday, January 20, 2025- 9-10:30am (Martin Luther King Jr. Day) Friday, May 2, 2025- 9- 10:30am (School Vacation Week) * Please let us know one week prior to the make-up class so we can plan staffing accordingly.
There is no cash value for a missed class.
Dropping from enrollment or past due accounts will void any scheduled make-up options.
Refunds Impact does not offer credits and/or refunds for cancelled classes due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather, etc. In the event that Impact closes for a hosted meet, we will pro-rate tuition for that month.
