Girl's Pre-Competitive Gymnastics |
The Girls Pre-competitive Program at Impact Gymnastics Academy will offer girls entry level team experience to prepare them for competitive gymnastics, if they choose, or as a way to build a strong foundation for athletic development. Impact Coaches will provide a balanced approach to instructing gymnastics skills in the context of both physical and emotional growth. The program is designed to match the unique interests and needs of the girls who participate. This is an in-house team program, so girls will have the option to participate in 'fun meet' events hosted at our gym.
Little Stars
Ages: 4-6 years
This class is designed for girls who have demonstrated skill at a young age and who want to learn more advanced movement technique. This class is by invite only. Or, call for an evaluation if you are new to Impact!
Girls Developmental
Ages: 5-7 years
The purpose of the Impact Gymnastics Academy girl's developmental class is to offer a challenging, rewarding experience for girls with a focus on teaching the foundations for competitive gymnastics. With a focus on sound technique, many of the girls in this class attend either a little stars or Shooting Stars class as well.
Shooting Stars
Ages 7+
This is our most advanced pre-competitive group. This class is designed for girls who are working towards the Xcel team program, yet who need a little more time to develop their skills. This class is by invite only. Or, call for an evaluation if you are new to Impact!

Little Stars (4 - 6 years) 1 hour practice (1 x week) $80 monthly tuition Monday- 4:15 - 5:15pm Wednesday- 5:45 - 6:45pm Thursday- 4:15 - 5:15pm Saturday- 8:45 - 9:45am |
Girls Developmental (5-7 years) 1 hour practice (1 x week) $80 monthly tuition Monday- 6:00 - 7:00pm |
Shooting Stars 1.5 hour practice (1 x week) $105 monthly tuition Tuesday- 5:30 - 7:00pm Wednesday- 4:15 - 5:45pm Friday- 4:30 - 6:00pm Saturday- 8:45 - 9:45pm |
*There is a $40 annual registration for all new Impact athletes
